still trying to adjust to the colder weather, 55 degrees, with a 15 mph east wind, a east wind really screws me up for riding the bike,  if u go north or south your blown sideways the entire time, and garden plain road is the only straight east road i have near me but theres not many options that are available to me besides the Albany to Morrison  route (27.03 miles) or Albany through rockwood ( 35.57 miles), still that's some really nice quality rides but for me doing the same route over and over gets boring lol. i learned a very interesting thing on wedsday from my ride, i was climbing this hill and i stood up and also shifted up and rode in a higher gear while standing then when i would sit i would back down. it felt like i was climbing little faster then normal. :) well tommaro ill try to get a quality run in 5 or more miles, no bike ( 45 degress with a 15mph nw wind) and ill i have currently is short slevve bike shirt, a long winter shirt, bib shorts, and arm warmers. hopefully by monday my leg warmers will be here and my full fingered gloves. starting a build period before the next race which is looking like oct. 13th in the cities, more on that later, have a nice day
