Hi, woke up this morning so excited to go for a bike ride walk outside and was inside within the second. 38 degrees with a strong wind, not ideal and NOT good day for a ride lol. helped kelsey around the house for abit then took off around 2ish and ran aprox. 6.83 miles. awesome run, ran with the ipod lets just say i ran sortof fast due to thousand foot krutch. I LOVE THEM :) well off to play some tiger woods then a nice sleep then work tonight.....
